Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Cutting the Fabric
• Measure chest, frock length, and strap length.
• Cut one rectangular piece for the body and two strips for the straps.
• Cut yellow contrast fabric for the bottom border.

2. Preparing the Top Elastic Casing
• Fold the top edge of the frock piece.
• Stitch a casing and insert the elastic to create a gathered look.

3. Attaching the Straps
• Stitch the yellow-edged straps securely on the front and back of the frock.

4. Adding the Hemline Border
• Attach the yellow fabric to the bottom of the frock for a clean, contrasting finish.

5. Final Stitch & Finish
• Neatly finish all seams.
• Press the frock with an iron — and it’s done!
